I purchased this for the dark circles and I really like this product. I have used other brands but this blends very well and keeps moisture on my eyelids.
This eye base which I use as primer is great ! It does not irritate my eyes and goes on smooth!
Cream to powder base holds shadow in place, while neutralizing lid to show true shadow color with the added benefits of antioxidants.
Apply with a concealer brush (best with nylon bristles) all over the eyelids. Use shadow over the eye base.
