Body Scrub:
Apply a moderate amount to dry skin and gently massage it in. Wet hands and continue to gently massage in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water and towel dry. Recommended for use 2-3 times a week or as directed in the morning or evening as the first step in your skin care regimen.

Body Butter:
Apply a moderate amount of body butter to clean, dry skin. Gently massage into the skin using circular motions until fully absorbed. Focus on areas prone to dryness, such as elbows, knees, hands, and heels. For best results, use daily after bathing or showering to lock in moisture while the skin is still slightly damp.
