Shampoo: Eliminate excess water. Apply a small amount of shampoo into the palm of your hand, and massage into the scalp vigorously, working through hair to the ends. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. Follow with Barrier + Biome Conditioner for best results.

Conditioner: After shampooing, squeeze a small amount into the palm of hand, work through hair concentrating on the ends. Rinse thoroughly.
